What types of properties do you furnish?
We specialise in co-living, dual co-living, and rooming house properties, including 3 to 9-bedroom homes and micro studio-style setups. All packages are tailored for high-yield investment properties.
How long does the full setup take?
Most properties are fully furnished and rent-ready within 7 to 14 days from approval, depending on location and supplier timelines. We’ll give you a target install date upfront and manage all logistics.
What’s included in the furnishing packages?
Our packages include:
Bedroom furniture: bed, mattress, desk, chair, lamp, etc.
Common areas: sofa, TV unit, dining set, smart TV
Appliances: microwave, kettle, toaster (optional fridge, washer, dryer)
Professional assembly, rubbish removal, final clean
Optional upgrades like decor, outdoor furniture, and more
What if something arrives damaged or missing?
We inspect all items during install. If anything is damaged or missing, we handle the replacements directly with suppliers — no chasing up needed on your end.
Do you offer different packages for larger rooms or micro studios?
Yes, we have specific packages for larger bedrooms (3.5m–4m wide) and studio-style rooms with bed + living zones. These include added furniture and styling to suit the layout.
Do I need to be on-site for the delivery or install?
No — we manage the entire process. As long as we have property access (via key safe, PM, or builder), we’ll coordinate everything and send you a final photo report.
